Payment and Shipping

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS - Item will be shipped to the PayPal address provided with payment ONLY, so please check it conforms with any address you submit via check-out. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted e.g. no or improper addressee name, non matching country/address etc may be canceled.

 

Buyer is responsible for any additional postage to resend item that is returned to sender due to rejection at delivery address provided. To add a gift recipient's address to your PayPal account, log into your PP account and add it there under Profile > Addresses . 

 

Contact us for a price if you would like insurance (tracking & insurance are required for lost item claims - refer to "refund policy" for additional details), tracking outside the U.S., or express shipping, as the value, weight, and destination of the item will determine the cost.

DISCOUNTS :: Buy more than one rproducts (mix and match, some exceptions may apply) and save on shipping!  First product (heavier weight) regular shipping, save $2 on each additional item ordered.

Returns & Refunds

 

Please choose items carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged (i.e. broken through no fault of the buyer), a replacement may be provided upon receiving a photo of the damage. In some cases, we require damaged items to be shipped back to us before a replacement item is provided. Refunds are not provided on damaged item claims, only replacements. All damaged item claims must be made within 3 business days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to deny replacements on damaged items for any claims made outside of this time frame or as we deem appropriate.

We do not provide refunds or replacements on the basis of:

- Orders that lost in transit, stolen, or do not arrive by the date of an event. We will do our best to contact the post office to locate or facilitate the movement of an order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of an order after it leaves our facility, so please consider requesting & purchasing insurance for protection against loss.


- Dissatisfaction of the scent of the product. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers, however, scents are perceived and interpreted subjectively.

 

Privacy Policy

 

None of our products or descriptions of our products have been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Although we only use ingredients regarded as safe for the skin, we are not liable for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation you may incur from using our products.

"Notes to seller" are not read until an order is being shipped, and any special requests made there may not be honored unless we agreed that we were able to accommodate them prior to an order being placed via conversation.
