If your order arrives damaged (i.e. broken through no fault of the buyer), a replacement may be provided upon receiving a photo of the damage. In some cases, we require damaged items to be shipped back to us before a replacement item is provided. Refunds are not provided on damaged item claims, only replacements. All damaged item claims must be made within 3 business days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to deny replacements on damaged items for any claims made outside of this time frame or as we deem appropriate.
Please note: during summer months and in warmer climates, some products may liquify. Just pop your product in the fridge, and it should solidify in no time!
